DIRECT TO HOME
Service terms
Updated October 15, 2026
These terms explain the website’s demonstrations and the commercial framework for Direct To Home services. Your written order or service agreement sets out your specific scope, usage allowances, fees, and launch arrangements.
Demonstrations
A recorded demonstration illustrates a test scenario. It is not a guarantee of bookings, sales, revenue, or performance. Requesting a demo or free guided test does not start a paid subscription or create a charge. A demo call alone does not enroll you.
Plans and customization
Capture, Convert, Growth, and customization are quoted based on your agreed scope. Your order identifies the included configuration, supported integrations, usage limits, overage rates, and any setup or ongoing service fees. Advertising spend is separate unless expressly included in your written order.
Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew for the billing period stated in your order until canceled. Applicable taxes and disclosed usage charges may be additional. No paid subscription or automatic usage recharge is activated by submitting a website inquiry.
Cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation through the support channel in your service agreement before your next renewal. Access generally continues through the period already paid. Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or agreed in writing. Contact us about billing errors or a service issue so we can review it. Custom project cancellation terms are specified in the project order.
Customer configuration and responsible use
You provide accurate business information, service areas, scheduling rules, contact details, and approved responses. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the customer data and communications you ask us to process. Outbound communication and recording settings must be agreed for the account. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
AI, scheduling, and human handoff
AI can make mistakes and availability can change. We agree on escalation and review procedures with you. A booking is not a guarantee of attendance, a completed job, or collected revenue. Emergency response and technician dispatch are not promised unless expressly included in a separately agreed, tested workflow.
Third-party systems and availability
Services may depend on connected communications, calendar, CRM, payment, and advertising providers. Compatibility and access are confirmed during onboarding. Third-party outages, account limits, and customer configuration can affect availability. No uninterrupted-service guarantee is made by this website.
Google Maps reviews
Google Maps review features are subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms for those features. Displaying a review is not an endorsement. Reviews, ratings and availability can change; original reviews and author information remain linked on Google Maps.
Text-message age restriction (18+)
Our text-message program is intended only for business representatives who are 18 years of age or older. Do not opt in to SMS if you are under 18.
Text-message terms
Direct To Home LLC offers two separate, optional text-message choices on its forms. Checking the marketing box authorizes recurring marketing texts about our HVAC lead capture and follow-up services, demo invitations, and related offers. Checking the non-marketing box authorizes texts about your specific demo or website-report request, such as responses, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and updates. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance, or call (217) 866-0999. We will send an opt-out confirmation after a STOP request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy notice for how we handle your information.
Changes and contact
Material changes to your commercial terms will be addressed through your service agreement or written notice. For account questions, use the support channel in your service agreement. For a new demonstration, see the booking page.
